Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Suthawan Jirandorn (สุธาวัลย์ จิรันดร), the individual developer of the WENUP app in Thailand ("we"). By downloading or using the app you accept these terms and the privacy notice.

1. The service

WENUP is a personal shift calendar for recording, planning and summarising your own shifts. Your data is stored on your phone; there are no accounts.

2. Important limits — please read

• Your workplace's official roster always comes first. WENUP is a personal record, not an official roster. Check your shifts against your ward's roster or your supervisor.
• Roster scan can misread. Scan results come from automated image reading. Check every day before saving.
• Pay totals are estimates calculated from the rates you enter — not a payslip or accounting advice.
• Don't rely on reminders or alarms alone. They depend on your phone's settings, silent mode, battery and operating system, which are outside our control.
• WENUP is not a medical device and plays no part in patient care.

3. Free and Pro

The calendar and shift entry are free. Pro adds the features described in the app and on this website. Features in each tier may change, but we will never delete the shifts or data you have entered because your Pro status changes.

Payment

• Pro is bought through the App Store or Google Play. Payment, billing, taxes and payment methods follow that store's terms. We never receive your card or account details.
• Prices are shown in Thai baht and may change; the price the store shows when you buy is the one that applies.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions

• They renew automatically at the end of each period at that period's price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Free trials

Where a free trial is offered (for example 14 days), the store starts charging for the plan you chose when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Trial eligibility is once per person, as the store decides.

Pro lifetime

One payment, never renews, valid for as long as the WENUP app is offered, on the store and store account used to buy it.

Refunds and restoring

• Refunds follow Apple's or Google's policies and are requested through that store.
• Use "Restore purchases" in the app to turn Pro on for a new phone with the same store account. Purchases on iPhone do not carry over to Android, or the other way around.

Promo codes

Promo codes are redeemed through the store, under the conditions attached to each code.

4. Ads and temporary unlocks

The free version may show ads as described in the privacy notice. Some features may open temporarily after watching an ad, for the time shown in the app.

5. Your data and content

• The data you enter is yours and is stored on your phone. You are responsible for keeping backups; we cannot recover data lost from your phone.
• Colleagues' names and roster images also concern other people. Use and share them responsibly and respect others' privacy.
• Only photograph or scan rosters you are entitled to access, and follow your workplace's rules.

6. Prohibited use

Don't use the app or the scan server unlawfully, try to bypass usage limits or Pro checks, call our servers from outside the app, or decompile, modify or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.

7. Intellectual property

The app, the WENUP name, logo and design are ours. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app personally on devices you own or control. For iPhone users, Apple's Standard EULA also applies alongside these terms.

8. Warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent Thai law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — such as a missed shift, a miscalculated pay estimate or lost data — and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the event. This does not limit any right that consumer protection law does not allow to be limited.

9. Changes and ending

We may update the app or these terms and will change the effective date above; significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept them. You can stop at any time by deleting the app and cancelling any subscription in the store.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
